ABOUT ME

You can email me at brian@seebrianwrite.com about any creative projects you'd like to work together on!

In addition to blogging and writing comics, novels and short stories, I am an experienced podcaster, copywriter and content marketer.

From 2008 to 2010, I was a contributing writer for Comic Book Resources, one of the largest online comic news sites, averaging over 3 million unique visitors a month. I spearheaded gaming coverage for CBR, contributing over 100 articles during my two-plus years with them. You can read every single piece I wrote for them right here.

From 2013 to 2017, I was a copywriter for Kitbash Brand Design, a creative branding agency located in the greater Mississippi area. I’ve created copy for company websites in the fields of hospice care, banking, education and more. You can see a couple of examples of my work here and here.

I’ve been creating and producing podcasts for over 12 years now, and am well-versed in show development and promotion, as well as audio and video podcast production. I even wrote a book about it!

I currently co-host and produce the Power Chords podcast, a show about '80s rock and metal, featuring news, reviews and interviews.

I also co-host another music podcast, Thrash It Out, where Antony Johnston and I dissect one metal album in each episode.

My comic and pop culture podcast Secret Identity ran from 2006-2017, with over 800 episodes and well over 2000 hours of programming.

Lbobi Radio (a podcast about design and small business administration) ran for 52 episodes between 2010 and 2014.

See Brian Write is the sister podcast for this site, and has been criminally neglected over the past year and a half. BUT, you can still hear all of my interviews with fellow writers here, and there will be more episodes in the future for sure. The same goes for my occasional gaming podcast called Co-Op Critics, which has a companion blog as well.

So, whether you’re looking for a game writer, a contributing writer for a news and reviews site, a copywriter for your business website, or a story for your next fiction anthology or comic project, I’m interested in hearing from you. I can also help you get a podcast up and running, whether it’s for your personal business or a hobby you’re passionate about.

Thanks!

Brian
